The RUTH LAW FIRM, LLC is a client-focused practice known for personal interactions. We’re intentionally different in that regard. What does that mean? Unlike most business relationships, an attorney-client relationship starts with trust, but it shouldn’t end there. We build trust by empathizing with our clients. We get to know them personally in order to understand their individual circumstances and goals. We then educate our clients. After all, an attorney is first and foremost a counselor and advisor, but a client can’t make a decision in a vacuum. Our goal is to ensure that each client fully understands his or her options within the legal context. We want you to make informed decisions with us. Finally, we engage our clients. Your case or legal question ultimately affects you. You should be part of the team from beginning to end. Through personal interactions, the client is engaged knowing that he or she can make an informed decision because he or she is a team player. Empathize. Educate. Engage. The RUTH LAW FIRM, LLC is a general practice firm located in the Upstate of South Carolina. We have litigated cases in the Court of Common Pleas, Family Court, and Probate Court. In addition, we assist clients in the areas of Estate Planning and Business Formation. Have a Legal Question? Contact us. Ruth Hindman DiPasquale, Attorney

A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Ruth graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 2004 and went on to receive a Master of Arts Degree in Communication in 2006. She spent several years working for a small non-profit organization in the private sector and then went on to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law where she served as President of the Pro Bono Board, as Associate Justice of Finance for the Moot Court Bar, and as an Articles Editor for the South Carolina Law Review. Ruth graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law with honors in 2011. After being admitted to the SC Bar, she worked for a small firm in the areas of Family Law, Corporate Law, and Probate Law. In 2013, she went on to establish the RUTH LAW FIRM, LLC.
